Avant Design Lab is a global design strategy lab led by Dr. Euiyoung Kim, an expert in dynamic design strategy. Euiyoung is currently an assistant professor in the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft in the Netherlands and with years of experience in academia and industry, Dr. Kim specializes in helping organizations navigate uncertainty through innovative design solutions. He holds a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley, M.S. from Northwestern, and has worked with global partners like Samsung, Mercedes-Benz, and KLM. His expertise spans future mobility, design-driven innovation, IoT, and cybersecurity, with a focus on enabling organizations to stay resilient in volatile environments. We are based in the Netherlands, US and South Korea
